Fusion was created in 2014 with the vision of Housing Partners and specialist local VCS organisations coming together to deliver Worcestershire wide employment solutions. Vestia Community Trust led the work to establish Fusion and act as lead in the delivery of Building Better Opportunities, Local Enterprise Partnership, Lottery and ESF contracts in Worcestershire. 2017 FORMAT & LAYOUT
#WLEP17 will take place in the same venue as per 2016 which helps keep things straightforward for our delegates and our exhibitors alike. The exhibition part of the Conference follows a similar format as per last year, with the majority of the standard stands positioned in the Balcony and Gallery Suites on Level 1, overlooking the main conference room from the balcony and through large windows in the Gallery Suite. We create a flow between the two adjoining spaces upstairs with easy access via two main staircases leading back to the conference floor or the entrance foyer. As an exhibitor, you will be allowed to choose your stand position from those available (first-come-first-served) and will be allocated a 2m by 1m footprint, a 6ft clothed table and chairs if required.
Please note the area at the back of the conference floor (ground level, under the Balcony) is reserved for sponsor stands only.
PROGRAMME UPDATE
The half-day programme was designed to allow for extended time to be spent in the exhibition areas with registration opening early to take in delegates who will be in the building from 7:30 in time for a breakfast meeting. The mid-morning refreshments break allows 40 minutes of networking and interaction and the final opportunity to draw delegates’ attention is over lunch scheduled from 13:20. Main refreshments, breakfast food and the lunch will be served on Level 1 from three stations (please consult floorplan for more details). Sponsored self-service refreshments consisting of drinks only will be available downstairs on the conference floor.
ATTENDANCE
Based on delegate historical trends, we anticipate well over 475 to attend the 2017 edition of the Conference, comprising of local and regional business representatives (prominent sectors: Manufacturing, Construction, Creative, Cyber, Agri-food, Housing, Logistics, Retail, Tourism, Professional Services etc.), local and regional government bodies, education, training providers and not-for-profit organisations (download the 2016 attendee report HERE).

REGULAR EXHIBITION STAND - £325 +vat each
The Balcony and Gallery Suites will accommodate the networking and refreshments plus space for up to 21 regular commercial exhibitors each within an approximate 2 metre by 1 metre footprint to include two stand personnel, one 6ft table, power if required and access to venue Wi-Fi.

DOUBLE EXHIBITION STAND - negotiable
Upon request, an extended stand can be allocated by the merging of two regular stands. The footprint is approximately 3 metre by 1 metre and will include two stand personnel, two 6ft tables, power if required and access to venue Wi-Fi. If interested, please get in touch to discuss further.
